I cannot say enough positive things about this location. The host was AMAZING!!! She was kind, funny, accommodative, and helpful. During our stay, we had beer and snacks together while chatting and getting to know one another. The host cared whether we were enjoying ourselves, and had many great recommendations on what to do during our stay. The room was BEAUTIFUL! Clean bathroom, comfy bed, good air conditioning, and spacious. I would stay here again and again!

Excellent location , 1 minute away from the bus stop that takes you directly to Venice , 5 minutes from the train station, shared kitchen to have a coffee or breakfast The host lady was lovely and very hospitable 🌸🌸💖

the kitchen is very nice, we prepared our breakfast, free lavazza coffee, tea kettle, so nice ! the bed was super comfy, the balcony is greaaat ! the owner is very nice, very friendly, you can text her and she is replying immediately. accross the small road there is a mini market also 5 min walk a bigger one. Mestre station is very close, 10 min walking distance
