Very nice host, clean place and common kitchen area with free coffee. Location is really close to train station so you can easily travel anywhere.

A bit cold for October, no heating system available ( AC remote missing and the host told us that the device it’s not working for heating). However, an extra blanket was provided.

Room was clean and well equiped, the lady taking care of the apartament was very nice and helpful :) although communication in English was a littlebit a struggle, we managed ;) 2mins from the apartament there is a busstop where from bus directly to Venice stops, so perfect.

Excellent location within a 10-minute walk of the train station. The host was exceptionally kind and patient, waiting for me an extra two hours after my scheduled check-in due to my delayed train ride. The room had all the basic amenities I needed. Would definitely recommend.

It is a kind of an aparthotel: rooms are with individual bathrooms (or at least our room was) but a kitchen is shared. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a kettle, coffee machine and capsules, plates and cutlery. This is great because few Italian hotels provide tea and coffee in the room. Our room also had a small balcony looking at the inner yard. It was clean and fresh. It is located less than 10 min walk to the Mestre train station and 2 min walk to the nearest supermarket. There are also Ukrainian and Chinese grocery shops in the vicinity and a lot of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our host waited for us for an extra hour in order to check us in, because our bus was late. It is the first time we stayed at Mestre and we were pleasantly surprised with prices in comparison to the Venetian ones.

It would be fine to have more towels and coat hangers in the room as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. But these are really really minor things. Generally, we enjoyed our stay

The owner. doors were faulty ..didn't have a private bathroom had to walk across the shared area but because everyone else had one in their actual room, she said it was mine. Nightmare !

Really clean place with nice big windows, the host was very friendly and helpful, the area is really convenient to the main train and bus station to go into the old city, to the airport or elsewhere in Italy via train. Definitely would recommend it.

Location and updated room. Nice TV. Host was pleasant.

I was mislead to believe I would have an attached bathroom. I was given a room - wirh a bathroom in the common area. I was told it would be my bathroom and it is what I had booked according to the host. The bathroom provided clearly marked as community as signage indicated it was for men & women. There was no way to lock the bath from the exterior when I wouldn’t be using it. I was given only 1 towel. No bath or hand towel. Bath soap and shower soap were community - large opened bottles. There were two large used bars of soap by the bathroom sink in addition to a liquid soap. The room was missing the remote to control hearting and cooling. I used the window.
