GBIt was smaller than I expected but very quaint and perfectly adequate. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed.
Being upstairs was slightly difficult as it was raining and metal stairs were slippery. Would of preferred to be downstairs

Our shower didn’t work properly. The thermostatic mixer wasn’t working properly so no hoot water in the shower. We were in room 6

GBReally sorry to write this, but it may be the only way i get areplt from the bell. I have written numerous emails with no reply and you cannot contact them via phone. I stayed in the bell from the13th to the 17th of September 2025 and accidentally left my phone in the room on departure. my fault i know and careless of me. I live four and a half hours away and wanted to know how I could send money for the team at the bell to post it back to me. However with no response....totally frustrated with the lack of contact from them and a lost phone! My advise...check you have your belongings before leaving ir you will never see or hear from the Bell again...
That the bell will not answer emails (except the acknowledgement that they have your money and to confirm check in time...and they are impossible to contact by phone...try it if you don't believe me...
