- rooms were not ready even 2 and a half hours after check in time. We were provided an alternate room after protestation by us. Needless to state there was only a single person at the front desk - seemed like a temp staff - The alternate room provided had not kettle . - they were prompt in asking us for balance payment immediately upon check in with an advice that the invoice would follow online. - The hotel is located in a desolate building (supposedly built to accommodate a mall). It appeared that the hotel on the 3rd floor was the only occupant in this "mall" - lift condition is bad and made scary rumbling sounds as it crossed each floor -
