INI am writing this to inform that we had booked this room with breakfast but no breakfast was served and when we asked for it they sent an open plate with two pieces of dhokla and a single piece of bread pakoda ,which looked very unhygienic, staff was very rude and said complain where ever you want to .... it was a horrible experience and if we are not getting breakfast for which I have already paid then plz revert back the amount

Cable tv was not working. Breakfast was not available till 9.30am and I had to leave without breakfast.

CAPeople at the reception was helpful and accommodating.
Staffs we’re not efficient or helpful. Had to remind them of the same thing multiple times. Room cleanliness was poor and issues with bathroom tap. Breakfast was really small and not as per what was advertised.

The bedsheets, pillow cover etc. Were not clean. The wifi was not working. AC stopped working middle of night and the staff said nothing can't be done. Overall facilities were bad. Bathroom was very small and the room wasn't set for 3 people before hand - only after multiple multiple requests they set it up. Finally even the breakfast was pathetic. All this after increasing the prices by 2x 1 week after prepayment. Location is also very far from city points.
