The staff were great—friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Everything met my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. The host upgraded our room for the night, which was nice of him. He was very responsive.

The apartment we got was run down, it had broken tiles, broken bed head, floor was dirty, used soap from previous guest was still in the bathroom. The place just feels dirty overall. It's obvious that the apartment needs some TLC, however much more could have been done to make it more comfortable for guests for the price they are charging.
