Awesome location, just a minute to walk to the central area of old town.

No parking offered on site. It took us literally 2 hours to fight traffic and find any parking - the streets were jammed with cars. The parking we did find was more than 1-2 mile away.

positive aspect: it's inside the city center (old town). Shower newly renovated and quite nice.

very basic room with only one bed, much too expensive for the grade delivered. No kitchen. Access very difficult with suitcases. Bad price-performance ratio. But festival times in Rovinj pushes the prices...
