Location of this unit is excellent! Very quaint and cosy. I was having difficulties understanding how to use the stove, but the host took the time to video call me and helped me use it. Perfect place for a few days in Rovinj!

Beautiful one-room apartment, with big bathroom. The space is well thought so that you have everything you need in one room but it doesn't feel suffocating. Everything was super clean and the host really nice!

It would be helpful to have an additional light blanket because with the duvet was too hot

Just what I required for my time in Rovinj. Lovely clean room, tea/coffee facilities and a comfortable bed.

Thin walls and noisy person next door

Location is perfect, in the old city, one minute walking to everything you need. Simon is a friendly and gracious host, welcoming and warm. The room was beautiful, clean and new with kitchen, coffee, tea, laundry- all amenities and quiet and peaceful. Thanks Simon!

the bed was really not comfortable. parking is a bit of an issue around the old city but walking distance.

Nice little apartment in the heart of Rovinj's old Town. Perfect location and a great value for money. The check in was easy and the host was very forthcoming.
