PHWhat I really love about the hotel is the location. It is very near to the SAPA STATION. There are many shops, restaurants, and stores nearby.
There are two things I did not like about the property. First, when we asked for help to open the safe, a staff member told us he would return after retrieving something, but he never came back. Second, when we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not done.
CHLa chambre est très spacieuse avec un énorme lit. La salle de bain est de bonne taille et il y a même des brosses à dents, peigne à disposition. Le balcon est grand. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Il y a pleins de rangements dans la chambre, un frigo et un coffre. Deux bouteilles d'eau sont offertes également.
Il est sûrement préférable de ne pas prendre une chambre côté ville car il n'y a pas d'insonorisation et on a l'impression d'avoir la fenêtre constamment ouverte. L'eau chaude de la douche se fait parfois rare. Dommage que les plats du petit déjeuner ne soient pas re remplis car si on arrive trop tard il y a beaucoup moins de choix.

OMI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, which made me feel comfortable right away. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but everything was still functional and tidy. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed, and very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight for me was definitely the view—it was absolutely stunning and made the experience extra special. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for cleanliness, good service, and a beautiful setting.

The walls are so thin. It felt like the people in the room beside us were in our room. I could hear the water from the tap and toilet from the rooms on both sides. I could hear the people in the next room talking, opening a can and farting (literally). Very hard to sleep
