ATThe location is great and a lot is walkable. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
During our stay, we didn’t have hot water in the morning. Also, the quality of the food for breakfast isn’t what you would expect for a 4* hotel.
AULocation great very central to Sun plaza for fansipan, 5-10 minute walk, lots of food choices nearby, convenience shops. Good breakfast choices and great views from balcony depending on fog, staff very friendly and courteous

AUGood location close to lots of restaurants and the transport options to sights like the Fansipan Peak. Nice view even tho it was mainly misty and wet when we were there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was great - nicely fitted out.
It is located down the hill a bit - but the whole town is hilly so be prepared to walk up and down!

Lo único que tengo que destacar, y no es de las habitaciones, es que el bus nos dejó a las cinco de la mañana y al ir al hotel, no nos dejaron quedarnos ni en la salida de estar para hacer tiempo y no pasar frío y nos tuvimos que ir a otro sitio a entrar en calor.
