Perfect location on the river, just a 20 minute stroll to the beach. The owners are very warm and friendly and they always make time for you even though they are busy in the bar area.

Mark& Arleta were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection The room and bathroom had everything you could need. And was tastefully decorated. The house is located a short walk from the station

The road running past my window was well used. In the morning the traffic noise plus the light woke me up.

Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Great location on edge of Littlehamton harbour allowed a nice interesting walk to the seafront. Also close to train station and bus routes so easily to explore further afield. Its a pub with lots of character with nice ales. As it didn't stay open late during our stay it was quiet in the evenings.

The business is person-centred, so that there are little touches which made me very appreciative of the hosts. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast cooked to order; Mark managed to deliver crispy BACK bacon which I seldom achieve!!!

Whilst the site is clear about when the bar and evening meals are available, I would've welcomed the opportunity to have a couple of pints on the nights I was there. There is a pub within 20 yds but I'd rather the money had gone to Mark and his partner.

Excellent location, nice and quiet, interesting view over the river. Clean room with all the facilities you would expect plus more. Fantastic breakfast!!!
