Location, close to city

Very poor cleaning, bathroom door was ripped off, bed wasn't comfortable at all.

Everything, the host is so friendly and love the space

used feminine hygiene products on the roof of the balcony below. Bedrooms very small, too small for queen beds. Toaster kept tripping safety switch. General rubbish visible from the room. Owners personal property, including shoes, bathroom products, and food left in the unit. Insufficient crockery and cutlery for 4 people, as booked. Insufficient towels for 4 people.

No oven. Place set up for 4 people only 3 coffee mugs. Rubbish on the balcony below was disgusting. Entry door jammed. Fan in bathroom not working.

we did not know that we were staying in student accommodation , we worked it out fairly quickly through the nights as uni students did what they do throught he night , for most of the night for 3 out of 4 nights . the fourth night was iterrupted by a cleaner ?????? coming into the residence at midnight and calling until i woke up , ffs the garbage build up on the roof just one metre below the balcony and on the ground outside the dining window , ( one floor below , was disturbing

the unit was quite hot and could do with some fans at the very least ,. the parking in the city is not flash either but this is noted when renting

I liked that it had everything we needed for our stay, that it was in close walking/scooter distance to everything we wanted to do. The beds were somewhat comfortable and the couch was very nice. The shower and bathroom was good, the water pressure was nice and I like that she provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

I didn't like how hard it was to find and get in contact with the owner. Had to ring her a handful of times to finally get an answer. We stated in the booking that we would check in at 2pm so we got there just after 2pm and it took half an hour or more to get in contact. I didn't like how dirty it was outside, the amount of rubbish on the roof below us was disgusting, didn't look too hard at it as I felt the need to puke. In one of the rooms it felt like the mattress was that little bit too big for the frame and it would slide off the edge of the frame ever so slightly so I had to move it in place a lot. The photo of the bathroom was different then what we had, only slightly. There was no draws or cabinet underneath the sink in the bathroom so we had to just put our stuff on the top. Which isn't too bad of a thing to do it just meant that the top of the sink was very full and cluttered.

Gave them a ring and waited outside for 25 minutes before going in

When arrived there was black mold in the bathroom, it smelt horrific. I called to let cleaner know, she came straight away to clean it, unfortunately, though she cleaned it and there is no window in that bathroom, the whole apartment stunk of black mold and cleaning products which is actually so bad to inhale. I thought we would be allocated a new room so was very disappointed in that, really disgusting.

Very cosy apartment, walking distance from the city center.
