Would not recommend staying here. The only good thing about the property was location other than that it was disgusting and dirty - walls covered in black mould. The apartment smelt damp and musty. Bed mattress was to big for the bed base so overhung. Poor communication. After complaining about the accomodation I was told I was a liar and there was no mould. We also accidentally left belongings in the apartment and when organising to collect host would not cooperate and said I had to organise to get my belongings via booking.com but the host was the on only person that could let us in. She ignored my phone calls and told me there was nothing left. Once I said I would involve the police she then agreed to meet and give us out belongings back. Not to mention I also requested a refund. After packing up to leave we came across black mould throughout the bedrooms which the wardrobes and curtains were hiding - I believe this would not pass healthy homes. Getting a refund back is a nightmare as the host said there is nothing wrong with the property it just needs a “ little clean up “ and we should have told her on arrival ( even though I didn’t realise until the day we left) I paid $457 to stay at the apartment for 2 nights and have been refunded $92 which is pretty poor. I’d rather stay in a backpackers or budget motel than this place again.

Bed is very soft, great if you like soft beds, but I got a sore back. There were cobwebs on the windows, and those near the dining area couldn't be closed, and was facing a dump downstairs.

The hotel itself was very clean and nice

Was a little hard to communicate with the host. And find the place but once we had we were really happy

Outside or property there is a bit of rubbish. Property itself is clean and tidy but looking over the balcony there is a lot of litter.

Soft and comfortable beds. and the location was just right to walking along the busy streets of auckland.

The surroundings of the building are a bit messy. The place itself was ok for clealiness but can be better.
