Great kitchen facilities

Location, space, and how cosy it is, lovely place and love returning.

Nothing to complain about, other than the single beds were not sturdy. One squeaked and the other broke. Contacted the host who was most kind and acted straight away.

Such a lovely property. Loved the bath! Comfy bed. Everything we needed was there. Excellent communication. Perfect spot for exploring the area. Will definitely be back.

The location was fabulous, right in the heart of the town, yet set back offering a tranquil hideaway. Collecting the keys was really easy. Parking at the property was too tight for our car, but there were ample parking options nearby at very reasonable prices. Loved the log fire and had sufficient logs and coal for our stay.

The sofa was a little uncomfortable. The property did need a little TLC, such as dealing with the black mould in the shower.

We love the space it’s our 3rd time and we always find it very comfortable.

The light in the kitchen flickered and the kickboards seemed to have fallen. Also the wood for the fire was limited on a very cold weekend. When I queried about more I was advised the black trunk outside held more. However I soon discovered that the previous guests (or maybe someone else) filled that trunk with garbage. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

The location was very convenient. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house felt warm and cosy on arrival!

More lighting in the driveway would be good for returning in the dark. A thicker rug in the living room would probably warm up the space better. Bigger bath towels would also be nice.

A lovely place to stay, very well appointed and a fantastic location.
