Saxmunden itself is limited but ideal for travelling to other places such as the popular seaside resort of Southwold and other places of interest nearby.

We encountered problems with the water as one of the showers wasn't working and the other was very difficult to control. We are assured that this is now rectified.

The Barn was perfect. Everything was as described, cosy and welcoming. Easy access and very private. would definitely stay again. The bedrooms were spacious, with lovely furniture throughout. Thank you to our host 🥰

Great location and plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy our stay. There was ample outside parking for 2 medium sized cars and a suntrap late afternoon. The wood burner was used and we enjoyed the evenings when we got back from being out The Barn was decorated to good standard, it was fresh and modern.

There were a few teething problems, but we were one of the first to stay there after the renovations, had been completed. I know the owner will put this right and it didn't spoil our stay.
