Sanda Eco Cabins by AGATA

We stayed with our two kids (10 and 8 years old) in a small set of charming cabins run by Yuni and Harry and her lovely Balinese family, right in the middle of a coffee plantation and jungle, surrounded by avocado, papaya, and coconut trees. There are only four very clean cabins, each with a private bathroom and hot water (basic but enough). The food was delicious, prepared with love using fresh fruit and vegetables from their own garden. We all enjoyed the natural swimming pool and the cozy fire at night — a truly special and authentic experience for the whole family.

Chez Harry, tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien ! Une nature luxuriante, une vue sur la jungle à couper le souffle, des jardins magnifiques, des cabines confortables juste ce qu’il faut pour s’apaiser. Tout a été construit par Harry et sa famille, impressionnant. Sans compter que Harry vous accueille comme sa propre famille, au milieu de ses parents, sa femme et ses enfants, leur cuisine est délicieuse. Les massages étaient sensationnels. Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés. Merci de nous avoir fait découvrir la vie balinaise authentique. Vous resterez l’un des plus beaux souvenir de nos 3 semaines à Bali. Et pour sûr nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain voyage.

Yuni and Dedut were the most wonderful hosts. They and their family have done an extraordinary job of transforming a hillside into an incredible garden and orchard complete with cabins and a restaurant with one of the best views we got to experience during our trip. Dedut's philosophy of growing the food they (expertly) serve in their restaurant and ensuring the food is grown in harmony with their surrounding is inspiring. The entire experience was very relaxing and a great place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the more populated areas of Bali. Delicious food and home grown coffee (just bring your own milk). Couldn't say a bad word about our stay here.

Such an amazing hidden paradise in the jungle and surrounded by rich nature. The garden is beautifully designed, well-kept, and created with so much love. You can enjoy breathtaking views while tasting the most delicious Balinese food. The owners and staff are incredibly warm and friendly, which makes the experience even more special. Highly recommended – a truly unique and unforgettable place

Sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber (Hari und Yuni). Es ist eine sehr sehr kleine Lodge mit nur 4 Hütten in naturbelassener Umgebung. Jeder der nach einer Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag oder dem Verkehr auf Bali sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Hari, Yuni und deren Familie betreiben die Unterkunft und die Plantage auf der sich die Unterkunft befindet, eigenständig und sind für gute Tipps, ein River- oder Forrest-Trekking quasi 24/7 erreichbar. Die Gastfreundschaft kommt von Herzen, das war während unseres Aufenthalts immer zu sehen. Die Zutaten für das Frühstück und das Abendessen kommen zu einem sehr großen Teil von der eigenen Plantage und aus dem naheliegenden Dorf. 100% Retreat vom sonst vollen und stressigen Bali Leben in den größeren Städten. Das von Hari‘s Familie angebotene Forresttrekking (Dauer ca 2-3h, 300.000 IDR inkl. Snack) war jeden Cent wert und ist sehr zu empfehlen! Hari‘s Vater hat uns durch den Urwald und die umliegenden Plantagen geführt und mit viel einheimischen Wissen über die Pflanzenfauna informiert.

It's the perfect place if you want to disconnect for a few days: reading, walking in the jungle, and swimming in the river are the ideal activities! Here, there's no pollution, junk food, Wi-Fi, luxury, or background noise, just the peace and quiet of nature! We absolutely fell in love with the garden (worthy of a magnificent botanical garden), the family who runs the place, and the project in general, which has a wonderful philosophy! We took advantage of the activities offered by the family (massage with Yuni and cooking class with Harry) and it was fantastic! The A cabins are very simple but have the essentials: a bed, a shower, and natural freshness thanks to the mountain air—it's perfect! We won't hesitate to come back here in a few years to see how it's progressing 😍

De locatie is zo ontzettend mooi!! En de huisjes zijn zo leuk! Super lieve mensen ook. Ik raad dit echt aan en zou graag nog een keer terugkomen.
