La posizione ottima

Che lo staff non rispondeva ai nostri messaggi su booking, avevamo necessità di risposte mai avute, rischiando anche di rimanere fuori casa. La pulizia non era ottima, le stoviglie e le pentole erano un po' sporche, specie una pentola era inutilizzabile. Lo shampoo non era presente nel dispenser, mancava un asciugamano e nella descrizione c'era scritto "intrattenimento Netflix", si c'è netflix ma comunque con un tuo account, se non ne avete uno non potete usuffuirne

The apartment was very clean and peaceful I was worried about the bad reviews but honestly is was perfect we were able to check in and check out without any hussle

The washing machine is quiet load so I recommend you don’t use it with plans to take a nap😭😂

Very good location, there is a supermarket downstairs, some food locations - restaurants and fast food; very modern equipment, looks very pleasant, 1st floor so easy access

Poor communication from property; did not collect data on second guest - redused the card because “didn’t match traveller’s name”, though matched second guest; shower poorly functional- leaking through the door, overhead sprayer not working and there was no info; soap and shower gel containers present but empty; mattress or bed completely unusable- deformed into V shape which caused us to roll down to the center, very uncomfortable. Moved the mattress onto the floor for the second night and ended up with terrible back pain after the stay. Communication in Polish while we were contacting them in English; found proofing is very poor, you wilm hear everything from their neighbouring apartments, same with the fridge which is quite loud and also 2 meters from the bed.

Appartamento bello ed accogliente ed in una posizione molto vicina al centro.

Porta del bagno danneggiata e non chiudibile, assenza parziale di tende o tapparelle che impedivano la completa privacy.
