The location was ok, and had everything you needed in the apartment.

BUT on arrival I asked for two more pillows and fresh bedding, they messaged back midnight saying they don’t supply I would need to.. the pillows where clumpy and only had one each.. the bedding smelt like smoke, next door was smoking and the mattress underneath the bed has mould on! The staff only delivered pillows on the last night of us staying there after saying they would be delivered on the Friday, baring in mind I asked for this stuff Thursday, states on the website and booking that they are 24/7 service, to not get service as you should! They take nearly a whole day to reply and when they do sometimes it’s not even relevant to what youv asked for!

SCAM!! BEWARE!! We arrived at the property, and it turned out we were given wrong code to the door. We couldn't enter and there was no way to get in touch with the owners. We didn't receive a response until 10pm when they sent us the correct code, when we were already in another hotel, we had to book last minute since they left us stranded. Now they refuse to give us money back and still aren't responding. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else
