Absolutely fantastic location and views. Perfect for a couple. Staff via email/whatsapp was kind and the communications for the arrival was very good.

It's not our first time here (3 times in the last few years) because we really like the place but this time we should say that, especially considering the increased prices: cleanliness could be improved, the apartment could be painted (and the holes repaired), the bed pillows really need to be replaced with new ones (and also some of the bath towels) and the shower could be a bit modernized.

We enjoyed our six-night stay at FLH Bacalhoeiros River View Flat. Among other things, the flat offers great (partial) views of the Se, of the Tagus and Lisbon street life, it is bright and spacious, the lift is reliable, and the location is, for many purposes, extremely convenient. Also in its favour are that it is equipped with a clothes washer and a dishwasher, that it has two very effective heaters, and that it is discreetly decorated and furnished.

Potential visitors should be aware of two limitations. In the first place, although the apartment is large, the bedroom is small and is very awkwardly designed; people who are tall and/or bulky might be seriously inconvenienced. Secondly, despite is name ("Feels Like Home") the company managing the flat does not display a welcoming style. The flat was barren when we arrived: no salt, no sugar, no oil, exactly one dishwasher cube, no detergent for clothes. Of course there's no obligation to provide such items, but it's very common at least to make available some "essentials" left behind by evious visitors.

Fantastic location with great views . Spacious, quiet and comfortable accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Lighting good have been better at night, in the living room area . However during the day the apartment was bright, as there were plenty of windows with a fantastic view. On their online quest area they have videos on how to work tv, appliances etc. The videos that we watched for the tv remotes and washing machine need to be redone as not helpful.

Сподобалося розташування апартаментів, в центрі старого міста. Неймовірний, гарний вигляд з вікон...їх там багато...Швидке, незалежне заселення. Є кухня з всім приладдям, що дуже зручно. Апартаменти на п'ятому поверсі, але є ліфт.

Треба найняти вже майстра по усуненню дрібних несправностей, зробити поличку в душі, одноразові тапки і чергова парасоля - вітаються, електрична рушникосушка було би ідеально! Побільше світла...в апартаментах не вистачає освітлення, попрати додаткову ковдру і декоративні подушки. Основні подушки взагалі змінити...вони прозорі в прямому сенсі цього слова...як млинці тоненьки.

Absolutely fantastic location and views. Good selection of restaurants right outside the door. The apartment itself was spacious enough and had the amenities necessary for a multi-day trip. The communications for arrival were very good. Nicely air conditioned, and having a washing machine is a bonus that allows us to pack less than we normally would need to. We would absolutely recommend this apartment but with the caveat about the old, hard bed.

The apartment needs a little bit of TLC. There's some ceiling patching that needs to be done and a fresh coat of paint would be beneficial. The shower could do with modernization. The biggest improvement needed is the quality of the bed. It is very hard, old and squeaky. The apartment needs some better pillows for the bed, some additional toiletries, and some minor condiments for the kitchen. Oh, and bump the water heater up a few degrees.
