FLH Bacalhoeiros River View Flat

Modern flat with good amenities. Great communication with the agency before/during the arrival. Very central location but quiet.

The sofa bed is not very confortable for an adult. There were no edible at all. I would have expect to have at least some coffee pods and sugar when paying 150€/night.

The location so close to the river and in the lovely Alfama area is amazing, there are many restaurants, cafes and bars near by. Also many of the main sightseeing highlights are close by. The apartment has a great light and view, you can see the river while lying in bed. It is very well equipped, all nice and modern. It really feels like home. The check-in process was super easy, you call FHL, get the door code and then they remotely open the apartment for you where you can find the keys inside. I would love to stay here again.

During our stay, the door code to the building door was changed without telling us. That was a bad experience when we came back in the evening. We were just really lucky that somebody left the building when we tried to enter. There should a notification.

Location is perfect. Sunrise view is amazing.

Staff should me more responsive to basic requests. We had requested two sleeping spaces well in advance, however the staff provided the second set of bed sheets only after 3 days and several reminders. Nobody met us at the apartment, we had to visit the welcome center to pay city tax. If you are in a business trip, this place is not convenient.

the position is perfect, in the heart of Alfama and close to all the most point of the city. It's wonderful open the window and see the river and the sun and all the beautiful colours of the building. the flat is modern, clean and very very comfortable.
