"Für Freunde historischer Räume ein Muss."

Sehr herrschaftliche Wohnräume, vollständige Ausstattung, zentrale Lage. Wunderschöne Decken und Leuchter, reizvolle Außenbalkone. Keine destruktiven Renovierungen.

Besuch war Mitte Februar. Bei 6-12 Grad Außentemperatur und Winden bis 70 km/h lassen sich nicht alle Räume gleich gut mit den Klimageräten beheizen, da die historischen Fenster nicht dicht schließen. Die Dusche ist mittlerweile gut abgedichtet, das WC für langbeinige Menschen nur diagonal nutzbar. Lärmempfindliche werden ca 5:30 geweckt von der Müllabfuhr. Dekor z.T. zu schwarz (Stühle, Lampenschirme, Trockengebinde, Gemälde, Küchenblock, Parkett).

This property is absolutely stunning, the building is beautiful & the decor is gorgeous. Extremely spacious & well appointed in fantastic central location. Luigi & Perla were so hospitable in allowing us an early check in. Cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful apartment.
