Beautiful apartment exactly like the photos, very grand with beautiful fresco ceilings. Luigi was a bery good host, and thank you for letting us leave our luggage there as we arrived too early! Location is excellent close to the historic centre and everything within walking distance.

Bathroom a bit small but didn’t affect our stay

The location was in an authentic part of Catania, 7 minutes walk from the centre. There is a beautiful church across the square and just around the corener the Castle Ursini. The Apartment was excellent - very high ceilings with frescos; airy, spacious; beautiful and ornate wooden doors; fantastic chandeliers. There were three main rooms, a study with writing desk, wooden shelving across the whole of one wall and chaise longue/reclining chair. The bedroom was next, again with lovely furnishings and chandelier. This leads into the dining room and kitchen, a complete facility for self-catering. The bathroom is narrow but entirely functional, with large sink and mirror. There are four balconies with shutters that effectively keep out the noise form outside and provide a lovely vantage point for watching life unfold. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and beauty of the apartment. I cannot compliment Luigi, the owner, highly enough for making our stay comfortable. Luigi is responsive to requests for help and even offered to frive us to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. I wholehearedly recommend Dimora Paterno del Grado to anyone wishing to enjoy a beautiful araprtment in the heart of Catania.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, well decorated, with big spaces and plenty of light. It is also pristine clean and really comfortable. The location could not be better, central and close to all the main sites. Luigi and Perla were very helpful with advice and welcoming us to help with lugagge and parking. I would highly recommend it!

The property looks really nice cozy and clean although you had a feeling you had come to world of kings and queens. Hopefully we are getting back soon.
