Everything is amazing at Alessandra’s place. The apartment is big, airy, the design it’s amazing, one could immediately see how much time, thought and soul they put into designing it. The area is absolutely amazing, the view from the terrace over the vine yards was breathtaking. Alessandra was also very kind and friendly, she helped us with suggestions about what to do, that to visit. We really loved staying at her place and will for sure come back!

You have to be careful when you turn from the main road on the unpaved one because it is steep and there are a lot of holes.

Everything was perfect and the hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful, giving us tips for our trip and a lovely welcome cake! Would definitely stay again in this lovely place!

I spent the entire month of September 2025 in the 2-bedroom flat on the first floor. Certaldo is very well located in the heart of Tuscany and the flat is perfectly placed in the middle of an amazing countryside within the small hamlet of La Selva. The views from the various windows are really spectacular. I couldn't stop looking outside... The flat is nicely decorated (warm and cosy) and the kitchen had everything I needed. The ceilings are beautiful. I liked the poster bed and the huge wardrobe. All windows have mosquito net, which is a must ! The hosts are not only very caring but also very pleasant. Communication via whatsapp was quick and easy. I had two minor issues during my stay (scissors were missing in the kitchen and the shower was clogged), both resolved efficiently. Carmine who runs a bakery in Florence even brought me a personnalized cake (torta della nonna)... I will be back !

Two things can't be improved: - it's one minute drive on a dirt road to access the flat, which is usual in the area, especially if you want to be in the countryside - the bathroom is small

Very pleasant house in a great location in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Amazing views from the terrace. Here you can really relax after excursions to the beautiful Tuscan towns, which are not far away at all. The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully furnished, and the host is super nice. We absolutely recommend!

Alessandra, the host is amazing. Her hospitality and kindness are over the top. The home is immaculate and the scenery is divine. I can’t wait to go back as this is now my go to place in Tuscany.
