"Absolutely horrifying experience"

An absolutely horrifying and traumatising experience. I have arrived at the property at night to get some sleep during a long layover at the airport. Upon arrival, the owner asked me for more money (almost twice as much) than agreed for in the booking, and when I did not agree, he did not let me stay. When I insisted that I had a confirmed booking, he started to look for other reasons not to let me in, saying the booking was for a different date / time (even though the time and date were correct), or that they were booked out (even though there were several free rooms shown at the time of booking). He was aggressive and threatened to hit me. All that while I was also being harassed by a group of men next to the entrance - the neighbourhood is very shady.
