"BAD TREATMENT OF A CUSTOMER! BE WARNED!"

Very close to the airport – excellent for overnight stay. Small and cozy, excellent WiFi.

Upon arrival the property manager demanded 1,200 ₹. instead of listed price of ₹ 704.59 by Booking.com. After a lot of going back and forth he finally agreed to decrease the price to ₹ 1,000, claiming some kind of made up reason of extra fee for "police form for foreigners". I was basically BLACKMAILED into paying excess price in cash , otherwise the guy threatened to throw me out at 1 am. He also refused to give me an official receipt. This was a clear violation of Booking.com policy and rules, as well as unfair treatment of a customer. Also - once you open the front door you have basically to CLIMB a steep ladder to get to the 2nd floor.
