"Could improve"

Location was really good and some of the staff were really nice and helpful.

Heater in the room, because it was too cold at night and the one we had didn’t work the first 2 nights, the other 2 nights we ask for a hot water bag at 8pm and the receptionist told us it wasn’t posible because it was too late at that time.

Great location, super helpful staff, hot water in the shower, hot water bottle in bed at night!

It was just SUPER cold in the room all the time. I’m beginning to think that’s just sort of the way it is in Cusco, so that might not be unique to this hotel.
