Super friendly and accomodating staff, nothing was too hard. The beds were the highlight, super warm and comfortable! Location was great and a short walk into town.

Breakfast was below average with limited selection.

I liked the location of the hotel. In a quiet, artsy area with lots of cafes and boutiques. The area is definitely upscale and safe. Only negative to the location is that it is a pedestrian only zone so the taxi can only take you about two blocks away. The room is cute and beautifully decorated. I loved the special touch of giving us a water bottle on cold nights.

STAY AWAY! When we first entered the room there was a strong mildew smell. After a night of rain my friend plugged in her hair straightener and received a substantial electric shock. Her expensive hair straightener was fried. She complained to the manager who agreed to get her a replacement. In the end the hotel gave her a small sum as compensation. We also had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member. When we checked on the maintenance man carried our bags ro our room. He appeared drunk and had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath. During our 7 nights at th hotel we saw him from time to time and he always appeared to be drunk. One night at 9:30pm we came back to our hotel to find him in our room repairing a sink faucet that we didn't not complain about. We were not given any notice that he would be entering our room. As two single ladies , we felt nervous with him in our room. Again he appeared to be drunk and he had bloodied kleenex shoved up his nostrils. The next day before checkout I realized that my necklace was gone. I had left it in the bathroom. Somebody had stolen it. I complained to the manager but she did nothing except say sorry. I complained to Booking.com. At first they appeared to be helpful. They told me that they would contact the property and demand an answer. When the property did not answer Booking. com did not offer any additional support. They just said "you can post a review" I attempted to speak to a supervisor at Booking.com but I was told by the Customer Servoce rep that they do not take calls. My biggest concern is that another innocent person will get an electrical shock and next time it could be much worse. As a loyal customer with many many hotels booked through ¡ Booking.com for more than 10 years i expect better!

Clean, clean sheets, towels. Staff friendly and willing to help. Diego the overnight host has great customer service skills, it was clean every day! They would change sheets. Breakfast was included.

Tv didn’t work two beds had broken legs. No window in bathroom (no ventilation), no phone as an intercom to the office in case you need something you have to go out to request something. Price per person $90 was too high for such service and location it is on a hill from the center of city . They would not replenish the toiletries. Breakfast was good but would get cold quickly cause dinning room is cold

Breakfast was good. Had option of cooked eggs and or bread with cheese and meat, fruit yogurt, fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, with heater, great bed, bright and colourful. Shower was good - hot Good security with gates to road kept locked, but quickly opened by staff when requested. Good value for money.

Bedside lights would be better. There were none in my room. Septic smell in room was not pleasant, expecially in lower level rooms. While close to the plaza, the steps are physically challenging, especially for first day at altitude. For inexperienced travellers trying to deal with altitude adjustment, San Blas, while quaint, is probably not the ideal choice. Streets are very narrow - When I left my room for the airport, my taxi was delayed in laneways by other vehicles, which made timing a little stressful. While this is not a fault with the hotel, travellers may appreciate this knowledge for time-sensitive matters.

Lovely staff, comfortable beds, hot shower, hot water bottle.

Hot shower, spacious room, near city center. Good price, flexible check in time. Staff also was able to arrange airport transfer.

A bit cold in the room and loud neighbors, but that was not the hotels fault (just noisy guests)
