Hotel Kuska Home

The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very nice.

In the first room we had, there was quite some mold in the bathroom. When we notified the staff they immediately gave us another room, they were very helpful. The second room was better but still a little bit moldy. Our room was located on the ground floor and all of the windows faced the inside garden and passage, which means we could never really open the curtains because everybody who passed by coold look inside very easily.

The staff was helpful and helped us with all our concerns. They did our laundry for a good price.

The rooms don't look like on the pictures. The location is a bit far from the center in a darker street. The rooms are not very clean, we found spiders and ants in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the money.

We have stayed at three different places at Cusco and this was definitely the best. Clean and affordable in a great location.

The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. They were always ready to help. They also arranged breakfast for those days that we would leave early

We could hear the doorbell from our bedroom, which was not ideal in the early morning

We were welcomed very warmly. The room was very clean and nice.

We had to call someone in order to open the main gate after 11 pm. I cannot say I didn’t like it, but we didn’t have roaming, so if the internet from the accommodation was not working we wouldn’t have been able to enter.
