The location and Staff were great!

We went in June and the room was extremely cold, we had a terrible night. Also, the toilet didn't have a socket to plug in a hairdryer or electric razor.

"Good hotel, but big mistakes"

Nice, big room with decent beds

The cleaner left our door wide open after cleaning, so all of our belonings were open to grab. We also had no water at multiple occasions, including our entire last night until the morning.

"Beautiful, quiet, comfortable stay just minutes (uphill) from the town center!"

This was a quiet comfortable oasis in the bustling city of cusco. We had come from Aguas Calientes after staying in a very loud hotel and were sooo happy to check in at Hotel Kuska and find a gorgeous clean room and big comfy bed for a few days while we nursed our altitude sickness. This location was also perfect and peaceful, uphill a bit from the center which always got us huffing and puffing. But we could get to the main plaza in 10 minutes and stay situated in a quiet street of San Blas near plenty of restaurants and bars.

"Comfortable and cute boutique in San Blaa!"

It was in the hipster San Blas area of Cusco which we much preferred to the historic centre as it was peaceful and beautiful. The staff were so lovely and friendly.

The breakfast was ok - it could be improved - better coffee and different offerings on different days.

I liked the location. It was up on a hill but just down the street from some cool shops with some cool views. The space was clean and comfortable.

Taxis had a hard time finding the spot, so use the hotel's airport transportation service since they know where it is.
