Unique Old Stone Cottage

The place is surrounded by a gorgeous garden with a beautiful view, it’s so peaceful! Michael is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the well equipped kitchen.

A table in the main room would be nice to have a meal. That being said, there is a bar type table with high chairs in the kitchen and a lovely table outside if weather permits.

We arrived on a rainy evening (booked on very short notice) and were immediately led into a very cozy, pre-heated room that was lovingly furnished. We instantly felt very comfortable. The cottage was formerly a stable, is about 500 years old, and has been beautifully modernized. You can reach the sea with a leisurely walk of just under 5 minutes. The entire cottage and everything around it, including the great view and the lovingly designed garden, greatly impressed us. The stay was rounded off by a very friendly, easy-going host. Thank you!

The location , the garden and the host Michael. He made us very welcome. A short walk to a beautiful little beach for a morning swim was a great bonus too.

The location is very beautiful. We had dinner and breakfast outside with a fabulous view. We wished we had stayed longer in this place. The nearby beach is lovely. Micheal was very helpful when we had a problem with the car. He got his tools and sorted it out. The kitchen is well equipped, very clean. Milk and nice coffee were provided. We fully recommend this place. Thank you Micheal.

The Cottage is a jewel in the Crown of the Kingdom of Kerry. Location overlooking the sea set in magnificent gardens. Host Micheal was one of the nicest people we have ever met and we 100% will be returning to this beautiful place. We cannot praise it enough.
