Unique Old Stone Cottage

The cottage was serene and beautiful. Our favorite location and stay of the trip. Quiet, private, clean and welcoming. Every detail was thought of. The property has been in his family for 500 years and the care he takes is evident everywhere you turn.

I recently had back surgery - the bed was a little soft for me but every other amazing detail far outweighs this issue.

The view is stunning. Peaceful and very tranquil The garden is very pretty The pint of milk in the fridge Tea and coffee and other basics Michael the owner is very friendly and helpful Fresh flowers in the room was a lovely touch

Could do with a little microwave as there is no oven just a 2 ring hob (not sure where that would go as it's a very compact kitchen) A little table in the main room and 2 chairs (fold up ones maybe) we brought the patio table and chairs in for our evening supper as the midges were biting when on the patio - bring a citrus candle! Handsoap in the bathroom would have been nice.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful views, cottage and gardens lovely, host Michael very welcoming. Very relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The view was stunning and Michael a great, very friendly and caring host. It‘s a calm place with a beautiful garden.

The cottage is a small paradise. Very tasteful and comfortable, inside and out. Stunning view over the sea. The gardens around the cottage are a treat to the eye, artfully laid out and groomed. Last but not least, the host is a very nice person.

The view and the interior are great. The host is as unique as the cottage is!

It was an amazing experience to stay in this uniquely located cottage for one night. It was very comfortable and the host was very friendly, polite and welcoming. But the best part of our stay was the fantastic view overlooking the ocean! There was a beautiful beach right down the hill as well.

Not much around the place for dining, so maybe bring your own food to cook. The kitchen is well equipped.

This cottage is totally delightful. Extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and full of character. The surrounding gardens are amazing with fabulous views.

That we had only booked one night here. We’d love to have stayed longer.

Micheal was the perfect host, very welcoming and great to talk to. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views, close to the beach and in an oasis of calm he has created in the beautiful garden
