Great location

We loved the area,

There were a few things broken, wasnt very clean, stains on cushions, my son put his bag on top of wardrobe, he took it off it was grey with dust, the floor near door was soft and spongy, feels like ya gunna go through it, the double bed legs were so wobbly i was scared to lie on it incase it collapsed, its a shame because it could be amazing

The location was ideal, would be great in the summer being so close to the park. We enjoyed the hot tub and made use of that. The coffee and tea is always a lovely touch.

Some repairs were noticed such as the black gate round the hot tub, it was completely broken. The lock key was hard to open due to a part of the switch being broken. The property could be cleaner. We noticed cobwebs, stains on the cushion sofa, a stain on the floor of the room with bunkbeds, the kitchen roll provided looked like it had been dropped in water then just left to dry. The grill couldn't be used as the ticker kept reignitiing which we didn't feel was safe to use. The property has potential but we felt after staying in numerous lodges in the area, this felt the most neglected. Expensive for the qualify of the property.

Unfortunately there was a dirty sock under the bed, someone’s medication left in the bedside drawer and lipstick still on one of the cups. Bathrooms and bedding were clean and the beds were comfy.

Would have liked a more thorough clean, if possible, remove the cardboard box from under the bed. Hot tub was brilliant and thank you for the wine, crisps and milk etc.

Was clean and tidy, and the hot tub was great.

Close to the shop, park and the bar wasn't too far away either which was a nice little walk to get to. Caravan was lovely and clean, the kids loved it, will definitely be returning

needs a few little repairs around the property, screen around steps area didn’t stay fastened so couldn’t let our dog out with us while we were in hot tub area, rubber in main oven needs replacing & inner glass on top oven/grill needs replacing

The hot tub is great. The lodge has plenty of room and the ensuite shower is brilliant. Loved sitting on the decking. Went into alnwick on Saturday then came back to chill. Lovely walk around the park and adjoining fellmoor.

Great Location, peaceful, good onsite bar/restaurant. Lodge could be great just needs some TLC. Hot tub/ temperature great. Bedding Towels etc. nice.

Cleanliness wasn’t great cobwebs from ceilings and dusty on high surfaces. Furnishing i.e dining chairs need a clean. Some bulbs missing and lampshades damaged. Oven needs repairing, as dangerous inside glass missing from grill meaning controls get very hot and also the seal on the oven door missing also allowing to heat up and food not cooking properly. Outside chairs rusty and sharp need replacing. Poor lighting around hotub on evening could do with some lighting. Expensive for the quality.
