"Good price and amazing host, but noisy central area :)"

Amazing experience and communication with owner, clean and so close to central. Good washing machine, amazing pools from swimming. Good price.

Music from outside (night bars below condo). Not so much equipment in kitchen. Some unrespectful neighbours (smell outside apartment, noise of alarm in 4am, etc) and really small gym in condo.
