The Base Horizon Central Pattaya

Location was excellent and the cost was great value

Disappointed that there was no cleaner for the whole week. Also, towels and toiletries weren't replaced

Essentially AirBNB rather than a serviced apartment. No regular cleaning and two old towels to last for a week.

Location central near everything. Washing machine, cooker, micro, iron, hair dryer, toaster.

Floor 24 many lift stops when business. Shower not as hot as would like

The location is right in the center of the city, within walking distance of almost everything. And across the street is the largest shopping center in the city. Swimming pool, view from the window, the possibility of access to the roof.

This accommodation was perfectly located. The bars of Treetown are a 5 minute walk, Walking Street and the beach about 20 minutes away. The view from the room was superb, looking out over Pattaya. Restaurants and supermarkets very nearby. There is a choice of pool, lower down or rooftop. Both were very clean and quiet, although lacking in the number of sunbeds. The kitchenette was basic but had everything that was needed.

This is not really a hotel, just a collection of apartments. There was no reception, just a whatapp number to call if there were any issues. The room was very small and the bed very short. Given the location on the 15th floor, I felt quite claustrophobic after a few days! We also had to leave 1000 baht deposit for one key. Everything is controlled by the key so its hard to do anything without your partner. If you're travelling as a couple, get two keys!

Everything was super! Very friendly host, cosy and clean apartment, excellent view from the window, the cleaning service (1 for free). I've lived in The Base a few times, and the "The Base Horizon Inn" is definitely the best host what I have ever seen there! :)
