The hotel's modern architecture and sleek design made a great first impression, and the staff's warm welcome for a comfortable stay. *Room Details:* The room I was assigned was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king-sized bed and overlooking the city. The amenities were top-notch,. However, I did find the room's Wi-Fi connectivity to be a very fast at times. *Service Quality:* The staff at the Dona Castle were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with everything from booking a local tour to recommending the best restaurants in the area. The front desk team were particularly efficient and courteous, handling my check-in and check-out with ease.I appreciate. *Amenities:* The hotel's amenities were impressive., and a 24-hour room service menu. The breakfast buffet was decent. *Location:* The hotel's location in downtown Kollam was excellent, with plenty of local attractions and restaurants within walking distance.
