Check in was very smooth. Good location silent atmosphere. Good hospitality. The staff is friendly, polite, and nice fragrance, Good manners. The rooms are hygienic and spacious. One of the best hotel near the kollam beach. We also enjoyed the delicious break fast. Overall wonder full experience. Highly recommended

The checkin experience was fantastic. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect close to all the major attractions. Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommended

One of the best hotels near the kollam beach and city. Closet to bus terminal and railway station too. And the room was pretty cool with good atmosphere, ambience and it was very clean. Maintenance of the room is perfect. Staff were decent and guest friendly, polite behaviour. I enjoyed the stay there. I suggest Dona Castle best hotels in kollam
