1. The main door of the room was jammed many times 2. Handwash dispenser in the washroom was leaking 3. Found an insect/cockroach in the breakfast food.

The location is great. Rooms are big and have a nice view from balcony. Staff was very helpful

Plumbing in washrooms is a big problem. Taps and sprays were leaking. For elderly peoole,there should be EV vehicle facility inside the property. Roads are very steep.

Breakfast was delicious & value for money.

Breakfast options could have been more.

The location and overall property is very good. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable as well. The views are good and the swimming pool is well maintained as well.

The food and the service was a major let down for us. The property was highly under-staffed and it took a lot of time for us to get our food. The butter chicken we ordered was sweeter than a cake and the veg manchurian dry was not dry and wasn't cooked properly. There is a lot of scope for improvement, given that the rest of the property is actually very good in itself.

Location, ambiance vibe was good.

Breakfast has to be included in the charges. As rest other food items r costly.
