The resort has a beautiful view and the rooms are designed with full length windows facing the pool and lake. The staff was friendly and helpful

One of the phones in our room wasn't working and despite multiple complaints was not fixed during our three day stay. The Wi-Fi did not cover our rooms, so I had to set up a personal hotspot. This too was not fixed during our stay, despite complaints. The bathroom door did not close. As we were there during monsoon we were expecting to use the indoor games, but these were in a room open to the elements and the equipment had been completely ruined by the rain. We decided to leave a day early.
