sight is excellent. well maintained gardens and surroundings. would hve loved to stay one more day to enjoy swimming pools. Food was good.

old furniture in the room. More lively colors in the room, especially laminates, will help. no centre table to have food.

"Good stay at Encore"

Overall experience and staff behavior is very courteous.

Slow food service at the cafe. Difficult for elders to walk to the rooms due to very steep walkways, although they offer to bring car close to the room. Breakfast shall be part of the room package.
