Great location especially for the bus stop to and from Glasgow. My room was a good size, not cramped, felt airy despite it being a hot day. Good shower. Tea and coffee provided with little milk cartons. Good & prompt communication when I had question about checking out

Nothing, it was all good. It is on the main road (hence great location) so the traffic is audible, could be an issue for some people.

Nice & clean for short stay with a great central location. Great view from one of the bedrooms.

Quite a small room for a double but very nicely and thoughtfully fitted out. Tea, coffee, biscuits, water all provided - and a bedside light! So often missing. Shower room tiny but everything you need, and very clean. Very handily located in the centre of Tarbert with its interesting shops and great eating places.

Couldn't find the remote for the TV; not particularly important in my case but might be for some.

Breakfast not included. Works well for me to be able to arrive later in evening and access with key box. Room was good, clean and reasonable facilities. Loved the colour of the bathmat!

There was no option to put heating on, as the radiator did not work when turned up and the fire wouldn't come on. I had some wet clothing from site visit on Thursday, which I couldn't dry to use on Friday. At this time of year, we might hope for warmer weather, but Scotland is unreliable!

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und proaktiv. Der Geschäftsführer war sehr hilfsbereit und hat für unseren late-check-in sofort eine Lösung vorgeschlagen. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Leider war das Bad nicht so sauber. Hinter dem Toilettensitz war es schmutzig.
