Luxurious Retreat in SLC

Location was great for downtown and close to trax. Apartment building is secured and feels very safe. It was a beautiful apartment with tasteful, modern decor and plenty of sleeping spots for a family with kids. The full kitchen was great as well as the other amenities like the washer/dryer in apt, pool, hot tub, and gym, which made it a great place to stay. The host had great communication and was responsive if anything came up.

Unfortunately the upstairs neighbors played loud music late at night and I had to ask them to turn it down 2 of our 3 nights. They were friendly and turned it down, but it’s always awkward to have to do that.

Parking is hard if you have more than one car.

It was comfortable, instructions were clear and hosts were easy to communicate with, good location close to restaurants, light rail, and attractions. Many amenities in apartment building and washer/dryer in apartment was appreciated. Parking garage was nice to have in a downtown location too.

Some towels and pillowcases were stained, several light bulbs were out, and a few cupboards were off their hinges so I would say better maintenance is needed between visitors. Also, the nature of apartment living, I did have to ask the tenant above us to turn off some thumping music at 1am, but thankfully they were friendly about it and immediately complied.

Great location to visit U of U, and excellent communication from the property management team.

I loved the entire apartment. You can see the mountains from the bacony. The decor was lovely as it felt welcoming and like being home. It has all of the appliances in the full kitchen. Very close to the Salt Palace Convention Center. I loved having a parking space for my rental car.

I would prefer more lighting in the bedrooms. It didn't bother me, but there are many homeless folks in the area. That saddened me. I gave one man all our leftover groceries before leaving SLC.

Everything you need and great location.

Small but annoying, light bulbs in bedroom and walk in robe had blown. Also the security code to enter the unit was temperamental

Our stay was ok

Our parking stall was blocked by another car. Call the contact who told me that he will check and possibly tow the vehicle away. After hours is waiting, no callback. Call again. Only to be told that the car will not be towed and there was nothing that could be done. We had to look for street parking and hoped our car would not get towed away. So much of an inconvenience. Could not sleep well worrying about the car. There was no contact at all. Left a message to call me to discuss a possible credit or refund. No response yet.
