Location and parking

Very quirky fixtures and fittings, but generally the property was extremely dirty throughout and because it said luxury stay on the description we were quite disappointed. It seemed to us it was more of a professional let than a holiday let. There was no scourer sponge to wash up with no dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher and there was limited plates and dishes. The bathrooms were dirty as was the floor in the kitchen, the screen on the large television in the front room was filthy I had to clean the microwave to be able to use it and we wont talk about the oven. No instructions on anything Christmas tree still in kitchen 2 weeks after Christmas so did anyone actually go in and clean? Probably the most disappointing place we have stayed in

Pros..Loved everything about staying at property 58D. Would highly recommend!!

Cons...only booked for one night.

Spacious and creatively decorated. Beds were big comfortable and the steam room (not a sauna) was nice.

Kitchen was not clean. Several items were not properly washed.

Loved the decor and quirky additions of furniture and art. Kitchen was perfect for Christmas entertaining. Living area was little light on seats for 4 adults, but we sat in the kitchen more often than not. Bedrooms were well sized with comfortable beds. Weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t utilise the outside space. The host kindly added a Christmas tree as we stayed over Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay.

Large bedrooms, quirky fittings and lights, comfortable mattresses. Very quiet even though near main road.

No bin liners for kitchen bin (maybe they’re not needed in Norwich?), no coffee maker of any kind for real coffee, not even a jug or sieve!! No heating in upstairs bathroom - absolutely icy in the morning even though we turned up thermostat. Cheap and nasty pilled poly cotton sheets and duvet covers. No instructions for anything

Parking, space, same size bed as at home. Located near the town centre.

First night the boiler sounded like it was going to explode due to zero pressure. Smoke alarm sounded all night. Second night no heating or hot water. The rcd in the consumer unit had tripped because of the boiler issue. Smoke alarm still sounding, needed a replacement battery.

Great location, loads of room, beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m next in Norwich
