The location and quiet

The bed is dreadful and the mattress needs replacing urgently. Also no facilities to bring a takeaway back no plates no knife and forks also no microwave and no sink.

So clean and tidy walk in shower comfy bed could go on and on first class will be booking next year too

The location was excellent. Near to everything but out of the way

Needed some attention to decor. A bit tired. Needs new mugs and fresh milk would have been nice. Some storage seemed to be used by the owner- locked doors.

Couldn’t access property had to ring owner on arrival Bed was unfortunately uncomfortable Fan needed as the room was very hot No toilet roll in bathroom Toilet was not clean Drinking mugs were dirty

Location, proprietor was very helpful. Great check in time.

Fantastic location for river walks and town centre parking permit for nearby carpark

No cooking facilities but plenty of cafes and places to get food very near by

It was clean and tidy. Coffee and tea provided,also a good selection of herbal teas. Close to all shops and restaurants.

The roller blinds had to be down all the time to make it private , but not a big problem
