Casa della Nonna

Die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse sind einfach super. Das Haus ist schön groß, gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore bzw. seinem Mitarbeiter lief einwandfrei. Dier Flasche Wein aufs Haus haben wir draußen genossen. Er kann viele Tipps für Aktivitäten geben, die wir aufgrund der Kürze unseres Aufenthaltes leider gar nicht nutzen konnten

Nichts wirklich. Man sollte nur wissen, dass ein Schlafzimmer ein "Master-Bedroom" mit Ausgang auf die Terrasse und das andere ein sehr viel kleineres hinten im Haus ohne richtiges Fenster ist. Aber auch dessen Duschbad war tiptop. Und natürlich: der Weg nach oben zum Haus ist schon anstrengend nach einem guten Essen unten im Ort. Aber ohne Höhe kein Blick. Den Bus haben wir aufgrund der Menschenmassen darin nicht genutzt bzw. hielt er nicht einmal.

Lovely property with excellent views. Location was great - didn’t mind the walk down to the beach and town it was not that bad at all.

Location, size, amenities, everything! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Loved the location. Higher up the mountain gave us breathtaking views. Easy walk down, easy bus up. We will stay here again, has my highest recommendation!!!

Wish we stayed longer.

The location was amazing with great views of the coast line. The house was very well maintained and fully replenished with daily use items. The host and his wife were really warm and hospitable and we were able to reach out to them anytime to get suggestions for food, sight seeing and boat tours. The host was very communicative and suggested us some great experiences in/around Positano, the most notably one was the private cooking class. Access to the property was easier by bus. It is surely a walk back up, but the way down was very easy. The property was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It even had enough umbrellas to venture out even when it rained towards the end of our trip.

We loved our stay at Casa Della Nonna. The view from the porch alone is worth the stay and we spent every night we were in Positano out there enjoying the weather and drinking wine. Salvatore was an amazing host, helping us check in and assisting us with cars and activities whenever we needed them, it was so so helpful. Overall, the stay was wonderful and we would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to Positano.

Nothing, we didn’t even mind all the steps down to town!

Our stay in Positano was absolutely incredible, and it’s all thanks to the amazing hospitality of our hosts! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking views of the sea and town. The hosts were always available, offering great local tips for restaurants, activities, and hidden gems around Positano. They even helped us with transportation arrangements and made sure we had all the information we needed to fully enjoy our time on the Amalfi Coast. Every detail was taken care of, and they truly made us feel like family. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, charm, and exceptional service, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this property and our stay was exceptional. From our hosts to the view to the amazing facility, everything was above and beyond our expectations. We had everything we needed and more, and if we didn't have it, our hosts would get it for us as soon as possible. We were walking distance to grocery stores, bus stops (right outside our place), restaurants and ticket offices and that made everything also very easy. It was just a fantastic all-around vacation.

There is not one thing we disliked about our stay. We had read complaints about the stairs down to the center of Positano and the crowded issue on the bus, and, yes, those were definitely there, but after a few days you get the lay of the land and figure out how to work around those issues.

The view is amazing and the owners are wonderful and always available for anything you need! Also, do the boat tour offered by the owner it is amazing!

It is very high up into the hills of Positano so expect a steep walk down to town and back up. There is a bus that stops right outside the property that comes every 30 minutes or so but it is usually very full so standing room only.
