"Well located, well kitted out and welcoming."

Well presented, unusual property. Appreciated the layout and provisions. Beds and sofa comfortable. Nice to have lots of mirrors especially the big magnifying one.

Only the turning out of the side road onto the main road, it was slightly hairy. And if being picky the dining chairs were a little low for the table.

"Excellent location"

The coach house is really lovely with tasteful decor. Everything was very clean and well presented. The location is perfect, close to walk into town and far enough to be peaceful. The milk and biscuits were very thoughtful and the prosecco was a lovely surprise.

There wasn't really anything to dislike

"The Coach house Matlock"

The house was beautifully decorated and clean with everything you could possibly need. Hosts friendly and accommodating. Perfect location with a 2-3 minute walk to the centre.

"It’s little cosy hut, very nice kids park and shops just 5 minutes away by walk,"

Property was quite clean and well furnished, do not bring your car in driveway there is a turntable in driveway for smaller cars not for Mercedes E220 Saloon Car, I had to spend 15 minutes to turn my car from driveway without using turntable because my car couldn’t fit on turntable, you can park on stgiles way as there are parking bays for residents.

A beautiful & cosy place to stay. The property has everything you need. Great location, shops, bars & restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay again
