The Secret Luang Prabang

Located on a quiet street, yet close to all major attractions and the river. The reception staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Good breakfast, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the rooms feel a bit worn. My balcony did not get much sunlight, and sun-seekers should note that the pool area between the buildings is quite narrow and receives limited sun.

Завтрак мог бы быть разнообразнее и лучше. У отеля 2 корпуса. В корпусе, что у дороги шумные номера. Маленькая зона возле бассейна и отсутствие обшей зоны.

Everything was great: friendly and helpful staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a clean pool with refreshing water. I loved the water refill station in the kitchen area. The whole property feels like a little sanctuary. It’s also within walking distance to the centre, so the location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Personally, we didn’t find the mattresses and pillows that comfortable, but that’s very subjective and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Hôtel idéalement placé et très propre. Personnel serviable, qui nous a trouvé des solutions de transport et a répondu à notre demande de croisière exceptionnelle sur le Mékong.

Lovely room - good bathroom. Staff were very helpful.

No lift - but then there was only one flight of stairs. Still - difficult with knee injuries.

Le petit déjeuner variait d’un jour à l’autre. L’architecture des accès très mal conçue avec des escaliers de toutes les hauteurs.

Les photos présentées par booking ne correspondaient pas du tout à la réalité des lieux. Dans ce cas précis c’était choquant.

Très joli hôtel avec des chambres confortables. Le personnel est très gentil et réactif. L'emplacement est top, à 10minutes à pieds du centre et il y'a un salon de massage juste à côté de l'hôtel.
