The staff were so helpful arranging trains for us to get to Vang Vieng. There was a nice seating area by the pool. Comfy beds

Some scuffs on the walls and doors when we came in and the bins were dirty

Position was convenient. Bed was comfortable.

There was a terrible smell of sewage in the common areas, the staff clearly did not communicate with each other, as we were told when we checked in that the shuttle to the airport the next day would be included in the cost of the room. However, when we enquired as to the car we booked, not only was it booked for 15 minutes after we had clearly confirmed the time (ensuring the staff member wrote it down as we lacked confidence in their ability to understand what we needed), but we had to pay the driver an additional cost to the airport. This was despite us explaining the night before what had transpired and them agreeing to speak with the manager. The aspect of the hotel is very poorly defined - there is no sun whatsoever by the pool. What is the point? Finally, the quality of the breakfast was very poor - the worst by far we had experienced in Laos. The croissants were hard and the coffee undrinkable. The staff were bright and attentive but the whole stay was extremely disappointing. Again, the only poor experience we had travelling Cambodia and Laos for 2.5 weeks.

This place is so quiet and peaceful. The rooms are nice and big. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Ideal for couples.

Breakfast should be better. It's very basic for the price we paid.

La qualité du papier toilette

Amabilidad del personal. La habitación bastante correcta.

El lo al del desayuno que es parte de la recepción. El desayuno de mala.calidad y muy pobre. Todos los días lo mismo.

Proche du centre. Le personnel est très aimable. La chambre est bien.

La salle de petit-déjeuner est trop petite pour la capacité de l'hotel, de type cantine scolaire et tjr la même chose et pas de très bonne qualité !
