very clean and modern, fixtures and fittings were great could tell they were new and well kept. all the rooms were lovely. the top bedroom was gorgeous

I didn't not like anything! could have done with less ornaments that are breakable and fragile within reach of little hands (maybe make it so it's just a couples apartment). views were lacking may be an issue for some peoples opinion. thought maybe there would be some butter provided, we forgot ours so it sparked the thought that there should be some complimentary.

It was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.

The kitchen supplies were very limited, with only 3 mugs for 4 people, and one tiny saucepan, making it very hard to cook. It's a small critique, but it made it very hard to cook.

Beautifully presented accommodation. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of attention to detail and good quality appliances. The location was very close to all the amenities of Great Malvern.

Due to the location, there was some road noise, but it is close to the amenities. The living room was a little dark in the evening as the standard lamp in the picture was no longer there. This may have been temporarily absent.

Plenty of space for the two of us sharing and the flat was clean with nice views out of all the windows (hills one side, playing fields the other). The pub opposite was very friendly and welcoming too.

There's no allocated parking, but generally speaking we were able to find a space close by. The area between the gate and the front door up the stairs could do with cleaning/maintaining as it looks run-down/abandoned. The kitchen was poorly equipped in terms of utensils.

Great location and very helpful owners. Comfortable beds and nice and spacious rooms. Clean and tidy, good decorations and decor. I would definitely stay again. They provided a cot for our baby too.

Nothing major. Perhaps thicker insulation on the windows.

The decor was beautiful, really great theme and felt cosy and homely. The layout of the property was also lovely. Felt like fantastic value for money. Really great location, very close to my favourite pub The Morgan and to Great Malvern Train Station. We would definitely stay here again. Staff were polite and helpful anytime we needed them. There was basic provisions within the house (tea, coffee, UHT milk, washing up liquid). Really enjoyed the dishwasher! The shower and bath was also great. Very relaxing bathroom set up after a long day.

We'd booked for 3 people but only 2 sets of towels were left out. Luckily they were quite easy to find the spares within the property. We also had a few issues with the key box code but staff were really polite and helpful to get this issue resolved.
