Autumn Loft Wyndale Living Malvern Hills

Being located close to the base of the Malverns is ideal for those wishing to walk. The apartment is pleasant with a modern bathroom and kitchen and good decor. It was also good value for money, check in couldn't have been easier.

More cooking utensils and pans needed. There were a number of frying pans but only one small milk pan. Fortunately I pre cook most of my food so it didn't really affect me.

A repeat booking for us. This property is spotlessly deep clean as usual. We appreciate the milk left in the fridge, it stops us having to shop as soon as we arrive. It feels more like a house than an apartment as it is on two floors. Very short distance to the station and not much further to Priory Park and Great Malvern shops.

The space was good, plenty of room for 4 people. It looked nice and was well decorated. Lovely bathroom. Very good water pressure. And fabulous shower and giant bath. The location was good for what we wanted it for, access the Malvern college and the train station. But it was a steep 20 min walk into the town centre.

Pots and pans were dirty and the plastic Teflon was chipped off. These should be replaced. They were also the cheapest pots you can buy. The cutlery was falling apart, it felt like this stuff was second hand from a student house. The table was already laid before we arrived, so all the plates and cutlery needed cleaning before we could use it. The mattress, duvets and pillows were cheap synthetic and small. The duvets had been put in the wrong way around so the duvet cover didn't fit properly. The property is priced and decorated as an expensive accommodation, but the furnishings don't match up. Also the sofa was either worn or cheap and you could feel the struts when sitting on it. No recycling facilities were available, there was only one bin in the kitchen with no instructions on what to recycle and how. This is the first time in a long time that I've stayed somewhere without recycling facilities. No instructions were left for anything and were not provided via Booking.com either. I had hoped some simple instructions on how to leave the property would be available, they weren't, so we cleaned the kitchen, left it all tidy, closed the windows and left.

Beautiful decor. All amenities great and well thought out. Tea, coffee & UHT milk a great addition. Lots of leaflets and info on what to do. Really comfortable, clean and fresh with plenty of space.

Slightly tricky to find- the name of the property up the stairs at the front door (on the key safe) would have helped. Some shower gel in the shower and a posher hand soap at the bathroom basin would have topped it off. A guide to takeaways and restaurants pubs nearby would have helped as my phone signal was poor.

Absolutely everything. Huge bath and really comfortable beds and we loved the kitchen too .

There wasn’t much not to like! It was perfect. Tons of storage, well stocked kitchen. If I had to pick something the it could use an extra baking sheet for the oven.

Lovely big rooms so lots of space. In a residential area so quiet. Above an estate agent with one bedroom next to the kitchen, lounge and bathroom and one bedroom on the upper floor. Comfortable sitting area, nice kitchen table and good beds.
