Warm welcome, great service and communication! I arrived outside the check-in hours and could check-in anyway, and I was offered coffee :)

It could have been a tiny bit warmer and less dark inside, but overall great value for money and I had a very good stay (1 night).

Actual per picture, the host can speak simple English, waiting for me at night, staying at the next unit. Google and mapsme location map is accurate, highly recommended. About 12 mins walk from nearby Metro or bus to or from yerevan
